At The Powder Concierge, every itinerary is crafted by people who live and breathe the mountains. With deep on-snow expertise, beautifully curated travel planning, and a true local touch, we create seamless, memorable ski experiences around the world. Our work is rooted in the kind of insider knowledge you only get from time spent on the mountain.

  • The Powder Concierge is Jenny’s love letter to skiing. Originally from St. Louis, her connection to the mountains began on annual family ski trips and grew into a lifelong passion. An educator at heart, Jenny has taught 8th-grade science through Teach For America and spent three seasons as a ski instructor in Steamboat, helping children and adults build confidence and joy on the slopes.

    Jenny pairs her love of teaching with a long-standing passion for planning beautifully curated travel. She has skied across the U.S., Europe, and South America, continually seeking new terrain, backcountry adventures, avalanche training, and heliskiing opportunities. She created The Powder Concierge to share that world of discovery by designing ski experiences that feel personal, seamless, and unforgettable.

  • The Powder Concierge is Katherine’s way of sharing the sense of freedom and connection she’s always found in the mountains. Born and raised in Southern California, she grew up skiing in Park City, where annual trips evolved into a lifelong love for winter and adventure. Now based in Denver, she’s embraced being closer to the slopes and has explored ski resorts across the U.S. and Canada, continually seeking new terrain and memorable days in the mountains.

    Katherine works in healthcare marketing, where her passion for helping others and bringing creative ideas to life come together every day. She brings that same blend of care, thoughtfulness, and creativity to ski travel. Inspired by her shared love of skiing with Jenny, she helped create The Powder Concierge to design ski experiences that feel personal, effortless, and genuinely unforgettable.
